Course Details:

This 7-week programme is aimed at hospitality professionals with a graduate degree and work experience of at least 2 years. It will prepare local talent to assume higher positions in the service sector especially the hospitality industry by honing their skills and familiarising them with global best practices. The Hospitality Industry is any industry that is structured around customer service.

Additional Info:

Full attendance to this programme will allow participants to acquire international certification while working in Pakistan in the format of Proficiency of Hospitality Management certificate delivered by EHL. Participants who may attend only to a selection of the modules will be granted a certificate of attendance delivered by EHL.

Important Notice:

This programme is articulated around 7 modules (1 module per week of 5 days), from February 2020 through December 2020, covering key aspects of Hospitality Management. The class is limited to 25 participants to allow a high level of interactivity and the involvement of all participants.

Requirement:

Graduate degree and a work experience of at least 2 years.
