• 1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to candidates to register for the Executive Education Programme on Hospitality Management titled “Proficiency of Hospitality Management (PHM)” and other related courses/workshops (collectively “Programme”), which will be designed, conducted and delivered by EHL Advisory Services SA (EHL) within premises provided by Tourism Promotion Services, Pakistan (TPS,P).
• 1.2. Upon successful completion of the Programme, candidates shall be awarded individual certificates of attendance for each module and a Proficiency of Hospitality Management (PHM) for the full attendance to the 7 weeks Programme by EHL as well as .
• 1.3. Participants having completed PHM will be granted “Friends of EHL”, allowing them to access to EHL Career Forum and EHL Job Platform.
• 1.5. All registrations shall be confirmed only after payment is received.
• 1.6. In order to register for a module or workshop, participant must create a User account with his/her personal password and fill an application form to allow TPS and EHL Advisory Services to assess the participant’s eligibility for the programme.
• 1.7. The account owner will not share access to his or her account with any third party or with any other person whatsoever. All the information provided should be accurate and current. Participant agrees to maintain and update information to keep it accurate and current.
• 1.8. All fee is mentioned in US Dollars and will be translated at prevailing inter-bank rate at the time of payment. In case of payment through cash or cheque the rate will be used on the date of payment for Inter-Bank selling rate. Payment processed through Debit or Credit Card will be translated by the exchange rate determined by the Bank as of the date of transaction.
• 1.9. Fee once paid is refundable to the extent of 50% if cancellation request is made within 15 days of registration. Once the 15-day period expires, all fees paid shall be non-refundable.
• 1.10. TPS,P reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any registration, for any reason or no reason, upon notice to the attendee. Under such circumstance, fee paid shall be refunded.
• 1.12. TPS,P reserves the right to change fees and or terms and conditions at any time and any such change will become effective immediately
• 1.13. TPS,P reserves the right at any time in their sole discretion to cancel, delay, reschedule or alter the format of any course offered under its Executive Education Programme

• 1.16 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under the Terms and Conditions shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court in Karachi, Pakistan. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Karachi, Pakistan.
• 1.17 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
• 1.18. Participant agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify TPS,P and its partner institutions, including their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any third-party claims, actions or demands arising out of, resulting from or in any way related to PHM or any module or workshop offered thereunder, including any liability or expense arising from any and all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
