With over 25000 alumni around the world, EHL has the largest hospitality network in the industry.

Together with this programme, Serena Hotels and Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), aim to build capacity of local talent in Hospitality Management in view of country’s potential in line with the Government’s objectives. Hospitality and tourism sector are one of key priority areas for youth engagement, investment and skills development in Pakistan.

This programme is built on the quality of EHL’s academic programmes and accreditation and delivered by their faculty in Pakistan bridging the gap between academia and industry for quality and skill-based education, creating employability with raising industry standards.

Young Pakistanis aspire to obtain quality education overseas available in Europe and North America and most of them do not make it due to financial and or visa constraints. In nutshell, this programme is “designed by industry for the industry”. The programme has been designed keeping in view the market needs. These include hospitality players, hotel industry and tourism sector professionals in Pakistan especially towards qualified middle and upper middle managers. Based on the intersecting lines between hospitality and service sector ecosystem, these programmes encompass needs of service sector organizations including telecom companies, banks, insurance, industry, airlines, government service providers, front line service staff, students and working professionals.
